Afrolatin Dance Company
The Afrolatin Dance Company, officially named Compañía de Bailes Afrolatinos, was erected in September 2004.
The most important the idea behind this dance company is to bring the complete repertoire of our culture by presenting spectacular performance of salsa, flamenco, samba, afro-Brazil, tango, Latin jazz, mambo, carnival and Oriental dance.
The Afrolatin Dance Company was formed by the teachers of “Escuela de Bailes Afrolatinos” and professional dancers of other companies.
Creator and choreographer is Fernando Ortega, Colombian of origin.

The Afro Latino Dance Group wants to present an annual spectacular show to music and dance lovers.
On October 14th the group presented her first creation “SOUTH SIDE STORY” in the theater St Michel in Brussels.
A dance spectacle about mestization, emigration, friendship and love. The history of the dancer Watussi and his adventures with music and dance. This great show brings a variety of dances like tango, salsa, Latin jazz, neo-classic, flamenco, Oriental dance and more.
The collaboration of Benedicto Cieza, dancer, coreógrafo and director of Compagnie Cieza, has added the neo-classic touches to the choreography.
